This course isn’t just for teachers! It is useful for parents, occupational therapists, EA’s, seniors, really anyone who wants to improve their brain/body connection, or who works with people who need support to improve their brain/body connection. BG104 is a detailed review of all 26 of the Brain Gym® core movements, how they work, what their purpose is, how to modify them if needed, and what areas of the brain they support and develop. It is a foundational Brain Gym® course and you can begin using the movements yourself right after your first class and experience the difference they make to your overall mental and physical wellbeing.
This course is accredited by Breakthroughs International, the licensing body of Brain Gym®.
