Join me on zoom to experience the foundational Brain Gym® course, BG101. We will review and experiment with the 26 Brain Gym® movements and their roles in terms of physiology and functionality; learn the functional structure of the brain and how stress influences development, emotions, and cognitive abilities; decode body language and developing the skills of noticing and self-awareness with specific movements related to the three dimensions of Brain Gym®; experiment with the balancing process to help us stay stable and grounded in our daily lives by using Brain gym® movements and other techniques to accompany our loved ones, our students, clients, individually or in group settings.
Cost of the course is $450 CDN plus HST, which includes a physical manual. Members of Brain Gym® Canada enjoy a $25 discount. If you have taken this course previously and are re-taking it, upon proof of previous completion the course cost is $250 and does not include a manual. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for registration, with the balance due 3 days before the start of class.
