Especially useful for parents, teachers, early childhood educators, therapists and wellness seekers. Open to all! A great companion program to Brain Gym® 101.
16 hours to explore the Brain Gym® principles and take away simple and fun tools to:

Release physical, emotional and psychological tension
Develop effective communication and observation skills
Experience the integrated states that support academic and motor learning
Explore the 3 dimensions of movement through the 4 categories of the 26 Brain Gym® movements
